Surya Roshni allots equity shares
Pursuant to Scheme of Amalgamation
The Board of Surya Roshni has approved the allotment of 1,05,77,724 Equity Shares of Face Value of INR 10/- each, to Shareholders of erstwhile Surya Global Steel Tubes Ltd. (SGSTL) pursuant to Scheme of amalgamation ('Scheme') between SGSTL ('Transferor Company') with Surya Roshni Limited (SRL) ('Transferee Company') and their respective shareholders and Creditors duly approved by Hon'ble NCLT (Chandigarh Bench) vide order dated December 11, 2017 .
