Om Metals Infraprojects to acquire balance 50% stake in Om Metals-SPML Infraprojects
For consideration of Rs 1.90 crore
Om Metals Infraprojects announced that the Company has agreed to acquire remaining 50% shareholding of Om Metals-SPML Infraprojects for a cash consideration of Rs 1.90 crore thereby making the company as its Wholly owned Subsidiary.
