Board of Lancer Container Lines approves bonus issue in ratio of 3:5
At meeting held on 24 November 2017
The Board of Lancer Container Lines at its meeting held on 24 November 2017 has recommended the issue of Bonus equity shares to the members of the Company as on the record date in the ratio of 3:5; i.e. 3 Bonus shares at par fully paid up to be issued for every 5 fully paid up equity shares held by the members respectively, subject to the approval of members.
