Mercator repays principal and interest for NCDs under Series IX A
On 04 November 2017
Mercator announced that the Company has made payment of Rs.50 crore towards principal redemption amount due on 04 November 2017 along with interest thereon on 03 November 2017 with respect to 1500 Secured Redeemable Non Convertible Debenture (NCDs) of Rs.10,00,000 each fully paid up issued under Series IX A. As a result of which out of the sanctioned amount of Rs.150 crore outstanding NCDs amount stands reduced to Rs. 50 crore which is due on 04 November 2018.
