Mercator to sell vessel for USD 3.42mn
To utilise proceeds from sale for repayment of debt
Mercator has entered into Memorandum of Agreement with Gemini Marine (No.3), Nevis to sell its vessel Harsha Prem for total consideration of USD 3.42 Million. The transaction is expected to be completed by 15 November 2017, subject to necessary approval as may be applicable.

Proceeds of sale would be used to repay debts of the Company.
