Board of Nagreeka Exports approves allotment of preference shares to promoter
At meeting held on 26 September 2017
The Board of Nagreeka Exports has approved allotment of 25,00,000 Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs.30/- each aggregating to Rs. 10,00,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crores Only ) on preferential basis to the promoter of the Company.
