Issue of Secured Rated Listed Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures upto an amount of Rs. 25 Crore to be issued in one or more tranches, on private placement basis, on such terms and conditions as approved by Board, along with the documents which are required to be executed in relation to the issue.
