Board of Polyplex Corporation recommends final dividend
Of Rs 4 per share
Polyplex Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2017, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 40%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
