Further, the Board has appointed Vivek Mishra who is holding the prescribed qualification from ‘The Institute of Company Secretaries of India' to act as the Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from 01 March 2017 at the Board meeting held 28 February 2017 to perform the duties under the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, and under erstwhile Companies Act, 1956 and any other duties as may be assigned to him from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company.
