Hitech Plast appoints director
With effect from 10 June 2016
Hitech Plast announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the appointment of Vaishali Sharma, as an Additional Director (Independent) of the Company by passing a Resolution by Circulation dated 03 June 2016, which was approved on 10 June 2016. Such appointment shall be effective from 10 June 2016 till the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting.
It may note that the said Director is not related to any other Director of the Company.
