1. Has appointed Chandrasekar Kandasamy as an Additional Director (Non executive) of the Company with effect from 30 May 2016 and who shall hold office upto the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

2. Has recorded the resignation of S. Krishnamurthy from the Directorship of the Company and has relieved him from the post of Director with effect from 09 May 2016.
