Ador Welding announced about the Outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 10 May 2016, which is as follows:
1. Recommendation of Final Dividend
The Board of Directors of the Company has recommended the dividend of Rs. 5/- per Equity Share for the financial year ended 31 March 2016.
2. Further investment in Ador Welding Academy
The Board of Directors of the Company has decided to subscribe to the Rights Issue of 29,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at par Ador Welding Academy, a wholly owned subsidiary, totalling to Rs. 2,90,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crore & Ninety Lacs Only).
