1. Krishasamy Ramaswamy Iyer from the position as director and whole time director of the Company.

2. Manoj Kumar Rastogi from the position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 28 April 2016 has accepted the above resignations and relieved the above mentioned Director and Chief-Financial Officer w.e.f. 01 April 2016.
