Outcome of board meeting of Kiri Industries
Held on 08 April 2016
Kiri Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 April 2016, inter alia, have approved allotment of 12,94,000 Equity Shares upon conversion of Warrants issued to Anupama Kiri, Promoter Group of the Company on preferential basis in accordance with SEBI (Issue of Capital Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2009.
