Yashraj Containeurs will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 31 March 2016, to consider the appointment of Jayesh Vinodrai Valia, as Managing Director, with effect from April 01, 2016, under Section 196, 197, and Schedule V of Companies Act, 2013, including Central Government, if any, subject to the approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on or before September, 2016, for a period of 3 years, on a monthly remuneration as per the Companies Act, 2013.
