Salzer Electronics announced that the Sub-Committee of the Board at its Meeting held on 11 March 2016, approved the allotment of 45,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each with a premium of Rs. 241.45 per share, against the equivalent number of share warrants exercised by the warrant holders.
Following the above allotment of 45,000 Equity Shares, the paid up Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 13,59,81,870/- to 13,64,31,870/-.
