Salzer Electronics announced that the Company's Employees Compensation Committee at its Meeting held on 25 January 2016, approved the allotment of 78,550 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each at a grant price of Rs.40 to the Employees who exercised their stock options under "Salzer Electronics Limited Employees Stock Options Scheme 2012-13", with lock in upto 24 January 2018.
Following the above allotment of 78550 Equity Shares, the paid up Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 13,51,96,370/- to Rs. 13,59,81,870/-.
