Board of Aksh Optifibre allots equity shares on conversion of FCCBs
At meeting held on 07 December 2015
Aksh Optifibre announced that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 07 December 2015 has allotted 18,44,315 Equity shares of Rs. 5/- each, pursuant to the conversion of FCCBs aggregating US$ 496,000.
