1. Madan Goyal, Non-Executive and Independent Director, has resigned from the Directorship of the Company with effect from 26 November 2015 due to his pre-occupation with other assignment; and

2. Shivani Amit Dahanukar, at her request, is being relieved from the position of Executive Director of the Company with effect from 01 December 2015 due to her preoccupation with other activities. However, she will continue to act as Non-Executive Director of the Company.
