Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals allots equity shares
Under CDR scheme
Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors at their meeting held on October 09, 2015 has allotted 3,702,450 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 49.79/- (Including a premium of Rs. 39.79/- per share) as the second and final tranche to the Promoter group Company M/s. Orchid Healthcare on Preferential Basis as per the Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) Scheme approved by the CDR Empowered Group in terms of CDR Scheme.
