Board of Sat Industries decides to increase authorised share capital
At meeting held on 20 August 2015
Sat Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 August 2015, inter alia, has decided to increase authorized share capital of the Company from Rs. 10.00 crore to Rs. 15.00 crore and make preferential issue of 1,80,00,000 (one crore eighty lakhs only) Convertible Warrants at a price and terms and conditions in accordance with the SEBI Guidelines and subject to all approvals, consents and sanctions etc. to promoters and others.
