Dredging Corporation of India initmates Floor Price for OFS
Floor prices is Rs 382 per share
Dredging Corporation of India announced that the Floor Price for the Offer for Sale of Shares by Promoter, The President of India, acting through and represented by the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India, in terms of the SEBI OFS Circulars shall be Rs. 382/- (Rupees Three Hundred and Eighty Two Only) per equity share of Dredging Corporation of India.
