1. Shridhar T is appointed as a Key Managerial Personnel in the capacity of CFO in terms of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013. He is a MMS from the University of Bombay with over 25 years of multi-industry experience and has been with the company for over seven years.

2. A Sathyamoorthy, a member of the ICSI, is appointed as Company secretary & Compliance Officer to comply with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Agreement.
