Hitech Plast gets High Court approval for withdrawal of scheme of amalgamation
On 12 June 2015
Hitech Plast announced that it has received the Order dated 12 June 2015, from Bombay High Court granting permission for withdrawal of the scheme of amalgamation for merger of Hoyt Engineering Solutions into the Company.
