Board of India Glycols does not recommend dividend FY 2015
At meeting held on 28 May 2015
India Glycols announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. The Board has not recommended dividend for the year 2014-15.

2. Lalit Kumar Sharma has resigned from the position of Company Secretary of the Company and his resignation has been accepted by the Board of Directors w.e.f. 31 March 2015.
