Madhav Marbles and Granites announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 May 2015, inter alia, considered and approved the following:
1. Re-appointment of Ashok Doshi, Managing Director with effect from 01 May 2015 subject to approval of members and Central Government pursuant to applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. Appointment of Ronak Jhuthawat, Practicing Company Secretary in place of Pramila Maheshwari, Practicing Company Secretary to conduct Secretarial Audit of the Company for the year 2014-2015.
