Board of Glaxosmithkline Pharma recommends final dividend
Of Rs 62.5 per share
Glaxosmithkline Pharma announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 May 2015, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 62.5 per equity Share (i.e. 625%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
