1. Approved fund raising not exceeding Rs.170 crore or its equivalent of any other Foreign / Indian currencies by way of issue of securities by way of QIP/FCCBs/NCDs/NCDs with warrants / other modes in accordance with the SEBI guidelines and subject to necessary approvals from statutory authorities as may be required.
