Ramky Infrastructure announces cessation of statutory auditors
On 23 March 2015
Ramky Infrastructure announced that M/s Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Statutory Auditors of the Company have expressed their inability to continue as Statutory auditors owing to substantial increase in the cost estimate vis-a-vis the audit fees.
