Kellton Tech Solutions announced that the Compensation Committee of the Company, at its meeting held on 19 March 2015 has allotted 153332 (One Lac Fifty Three Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty Two) fully paid up Equity shares of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five) each under Employee Stock Option Plan 2012 of the Company.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased from 4,13,87,544 Equity Shares to 4,15,40,876 Equity Shares.
