Board of Singer India approves change in RTA agent
At meeting held on 12 February 2015
Singer India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 February 2015, approved the change in the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company from MCS to MCS Share Transfer Agent.
This change will be effective from 01 March 2015.
