Outcome of board meeting of Puravankara Projects
Held on 13 February 2015
Puravankara Projects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 February 2015, inter alia, has approved the proposal to Change the Memorandum of Association & Articles of Association of the Company to fail in line with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2013.
