Voltamp Transformers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 February 2015, inter alia, have approved the following:
1. Re-appointment of Kanubhai S. Patel, as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, for a period of 5 years w.e.f. 11 February 2015 subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
2. Resignation of V. N. Madhani from the position of Vice President (commercial) and Company Secretary, w.e.f. 09 February 2015.
3. Appointment of V. N. Madhani as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, w.e.f. 09 February 2015.
4. Appointment of Achal Thakkar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, w.e.f. 09 February 2015.
5. Resignation tendered by Arvind N. Shelat from the position of Independent Director of the Company and placed on record their sincere gratitude for the services rendered by him.
