Board of Bemco Hydraulics allots equity shares
At meeting held on 19 December 2014
Bemco Hydraulics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 December 2014, have allotted 4,00,000 (Four Lakhs Only) Equity Shares, having face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 70/- (including a premium of Rs. 60/-) per share aggregating to a sum of Rs. 2,80,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores Eighty Lakhs Only) as fully paid up shares in the share Capital of the Company to promoters & promoters group and Independent Investor, as approved by the members of the Company in the EGM held on 10 December 2014.
