Outcome of board meeting of SRG Housing Finance
Held on 22 October 2014
SRG Housing Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 October 2014, has decided to take consent of shareholders of the company by way of postal ballot and e-voting to pass special resolution for migration of the Company from SME Platform of BSE to main Board of BSE and further approved the notice and other related documents of Postal Ballot.
