Rain Commodities announces temporary stoppage of operations at Visakhapatnam facilities
Due to Hudhud cyclone
Rain Commodities announced that after initial checks and verification, it has been observed that Hudhud cyclone has not caused any material damage to the manufacturing facilities of Rain CII Carbon (Vizag) (step-down wholly owned subsidiary Company) (RCCVL) situated at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

However the power supply and communication systems have been disrupted. The cyclone has resulted in temporary stoppage of operations. After thorough checking of all the equipment, completion of repairs and other maintenance activities, RCCVL is expected to resume normal operations in about two to three weeks. There is adequate Insurance coverage subject to general deductibles.
