Orient Bell allots equity shares

|
|
|
|
Orient Bell announced that the Compensation Committee has in its meeting held on 07 October 2014, approved the allotment of 1,41,300 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up of the Company under the "Orient Bell Employees Stock Option Scheme 2013' ('ESOP Scheme') to the employees upon exercising of equal number of options granted and vested with them under the said scheme.
Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 13,71,47,510 dividend into 1,37,14,751 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
