Axis Rail India to hold board meeting
On 2 September 2014
Axis Rail India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 2 September 2014, to fix the day, date, time and venue of the 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company, to fix the dates of book closure for the purpose of AGM, to consider the proposal to issue Warrants to the persons belonging to the Non-Promoter category of the Company, to approve the change of designation of Ranjan Kapoor from Non-Executive Director to Whole-Time Director of the Company.
