Jindal Worldwide announced that:
Y. S. Vora has ceased to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 August 2014 due to her personal reasons.
Further the Company has informed that, Neha Soni has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 August 2014.
The Board as appointed Nalin Ajawalia as Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect in place of Devendra Jain, Independent Director, who ceased to be a Independent Director.
3. The Board has appointed Ashish Shah as Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect in place of Sanjay Shah, Independent Director, who ceased to be a Independent Director.
4. The Board has appointed Deepali Agarwal as Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect in place of Himmatsingh Rathour, Independent Director, who ceased to be a Independent Director.
