Board of Panama Petrochem approves sub-division of equity shares
At meeting held on 28 July 2014
Panama Petrochem announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 July 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the sub-division of one equity share of the Company having a face value of Rs. 10 each into five equity shares of face value Rs. 2 each. The sub-division of shares is subject to approval of the shareholders.
