Thinksoft Global Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 July 2014, inter alia, has :
1. Has allotted 39,068 Equity Shares to 6 Employees of the Company under "Thinksoft - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2011"
2. Has reconstituted the Audit Committee with the following Members:
