1. to borrow in excess of the limits prescribed under section 180(1)(c) and creation of charges and/or mortgage under section 180(1)(a) of Companies Act, 2013.

2. to make investments, loans and to give guarantees or to provide security under Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013.

3. to alter Articles of Association of the Company by inserting new provisions as per the Companies Act, 2013.
