Board of Ganesha Ecosphere approves preferential issue of equity shares
At meeting held on 09 July 2014
Ganesha Ecosphere announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 July 2014, has decided to raise funds upto an amount of Rs 30 crore, by way of Preferential Issue of Equity Shares of the Company, to the 'Persons other than promoter and promoter group' at a price to be determined in accordance with SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.
