Sevagoor Srinivas Kamath has been co-opted as additional independent Director of the Company with effect from 03 July 2014. Sevagoor Srinivas Kamath is also appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and Shareholders/Investors Grievance Committee.

The Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Sri V R Hebbar as director of the Company.
