1. noted and took on record resignation of Ralph Gillessen as Director of the Company with effect from 21 June 2014.

3. noted the intimation received from David Bellin on change in classification from being an Independent and Non - Executive Director to Non- Independent and Non - Executive Director. The Board of Directors has approved the re-classification under Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
