Hitech Plast to hold EGM
On 07 July 2014
Hitech Plast announced that an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on 07 July 2014 for the purpose of passing the Special Resolution regarding issue and allotment of Equity Shares upto an aggregate of 20,00,000 and Convertible Warrants upto an aggregate of 20,00,000 to some members of Promoters/Promoter group on preferential basis.
