Board of Avantel decides to withdraw share buy-back
At meeting held on 04 June 2014
Avantel announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 June 2014, has decided to withdraw conducting of postal ballot interalia for Buy-Back of Equity Shares of the Company due to recent spurt in the market price of the equity shares in BSE, consequent to which the buy-back price upto Rs 75 has become unattractive to the shareholders.
