Board of Donear Industries recommends dividend
Of Re 0.20 per share
Donear Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended the Dividend of 10% i.e. Re 0.20 per equity share of Rs 2 each for the Financial Year ended 31 March 2014, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
