Board of Good Luck Steel Tubes recommends dividend
Of Re 0.30 per share
Good Luck Steel Tubes announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2014, inter alia, has considered and recommended the final dividend of 15% i.e. Re 0.30 per equity share of Rs 2 each for the financial year 2013-14, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
