Board of Hitech Plast recommends dividend
Of Re 0.90 per share
Hitech Plast announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2014, inter alia, have recommended a dividend @ 9% (Ninety Paise) on the equity shares for the year ended 31 March 2014, subject to the approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
